City of London Gin is made from a unique family recipe and contains a blend of 9 botanicals including juniper, lemon peel, coriander, angelica seed, orris root and cinnamon. Intense juniper and zesty citrus aromas accompanied by a subtle spice and earthy hints on the palate with a smooth, refreshing, firm dry finish.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.
