Holy Trinity is a staple for all Barossa wine lovers. One of the longest producing Barossa Grenache, Shiraz & Mourvèdre blends. This wine delivers complexity, depth and finesse with every release. Sweet and crunchy fruit entry with highly evident red cherry, currants, and hint of cranberry. The sweet spices of juniper, caraway and subtle white pepper, help drive the complexing flavour profile. The tannins are tight and appear slaty to graphite-like with a long fulfilling finish.

A blend of our best Hawkes Bay red wine and fruit juices: mandarin, apple and orange zest.

The nose has intense aromas of red fruits and spice, with subtle pepper and garrigue notes. The spice-tinged red fruits continue on the palate, which is medium-bodied and has a pleasing length.

Classic Côtes-du-Rhône with an evocative nose of dark berried fruit, savoury undergrowth, a hint of oak and nuanced spice. The palate displays supple red berry and sweet cherry flavours balanced by judicious acidity and nicely textured tannins complexed by earthy notes. Beautifully balanced and flavoursome and best drunk with roast beef and dauphinoise potatoes.

Bin 138 draws its inspiration from the wines of Southern Rhône, where Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro (Mourvèdre) are blended in varying proportions to create full-bodied wines possessing rich and heady perfume. Each year fruit for Bin 138 is sourced from Barossa Valley vines and then matured in seasoned and a small proportion of new oak hogsheads to allow the different varietals to shine through. The first vintage release of this varietal blend was the 1992, labelled 'Old Vine Barossa Valley' - it was then elevated to Bin status with the 1998 vintage. All three varietals play a complementary role. There is a lovely juby fruit like flavour profile, not over-ripe in the least. Exotic black and red fruits abound: lingonberries, logan berries, olallieberries, red currants. Green tomato salsa and lemon myrtle olives add a savoury dimension. The acidity is taught and bright, while the tannins are very fine. The wine has a lovely structure and is already drinking beautifully. Offers plenty of versatility for food pairing.

This Squealing Pig Tempranillo is fantastically drinkable, with verve and minerality. With bright cherry and forest fruits lifting out of the glass, this wine is medium-bodied and bursting with red fruit flavours. This wine is ready to drink now with something suitably Spanish like Paella.

Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and star anise. The palate is soft and pillowy with a racing-stripe of boysenberry ripple through it. There are dark roses, raspberries, and notes of sandalwood and liquorice.
