This 12YO Aberlour has been matured in two cask types, traditional oak and Sherry oak casks. Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together. Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky. A perfectly balanced single malt, rich and citrusy with notes of red apple and cinnamon.

Every last drop of this spectacular Scotch is triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. This Lowland single malt has the tempting aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan. On the palate a smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is gingery and slightly dry with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness.

The Smoky Ten is distilled using malted barley smoked with Highland peat. This wood rich Highland peat imparts distinctly sweet and smoky notes into Benriach peated whiskies. Enriched with three cask maturation using bourbon barrels, toasted virgin oak and Jamaican rum casks for layers of sunripe fruit, aromatic smoky sweetness and toasted oak spice. The Smoky Ten is an ideal introduction for explorers wanting to try a different style of peated whisky to the more traditional Islay malts.

Clynelish is an anglicised version of the Gaelic for green pasture. And, though it's a coastal whisky, this is fitting for a Scotch with sweet floral fragrances and verdant flavour notes. It's a name with a long history, one that predates the current distillery, which has adorned the labels of whisky bottles for two hundred years. Sutherland distilleries have always been few and far between. But whisky drinkers have always championed Clynelish over many more famous brands and praise its unique combination of Highland and maritime qualities. Clynelish whisky is closer to an Island style than other mainland malts, with a complex and fragrant nose and an agreeable long finish that leaves a lingering fresh-fruity flavour. Ballindalloch, on the banks of the legendary salmon river, is for many the home of the definitive Cragganmore Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Hugely complex, rich with layers of flavour and a whiff of smoke in the finish. Aromatic and floral on the nose, with a hint of smoked almonds.

The Glenfiddich 12YO bears all the hallmarks of Glenfiddich's Speyside signature style, one that has made it the world's most awarded single malt. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. In the glass, a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak.
