The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

Time for a redux. GP's original American hopped pilsner, renewed, revived and restored to its former glory. Same base recipe but now with a fresh new hop bill of Centennial, Simcoe and Lórien for even cleaner, crisper bitterness and bright zesty citrus character. Ripe juicy Maris Otter and chewy crystal lay down a foundation of rich malt flavour, supporting an assertive load of East Kent Goldings and Slovenian Celeia hops. Notes of toffee and fresh baked biscuits balanced with firm bitterness and floral, earthy citrus aroma. Sometimes you've got to get old skool.

All the Citra, Centennial, Strata and Mosaic you love in a West Coast IPA, with a slightly more sessionable strength, so you can enjoy even more festive fun. Intense grapefruit citrus, pineapple, hydro resin and a hint of Christmas tree pine. You're sleighing it!

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

Tutaki Haze, luscious hazy IPA, brewed with juicy New Zealand grown malted barley, wheat and oats and hops grown on the Nelson Lakes farm at the meeting point of the Matakitaki and Tutaki rivers.
